Monarch Developers Inc. (MDI)

Monarch Developers Inc is a real estate holding and development company. Our aim is to provide for the increased demands in the office and housing accommodation market as a result of the expanding activities in the oil & gas sector.

MDI short to medium term plans will see the development of a modern five story office building aimed at the corporate rental market. When completed, this building will provide over sixteen thousand square feet of prime office accommodation that is conveniently located minutes from Georgetown and the Ogle International Airport. This and other current development ventures will be updated to reflect the current offerings of the company.
